How to delete your account

• In the app (iPhone or Android): open Settings, scroll to the bottom, tap Delete account and confirm.
• On the website: sign in at bridesparkapp.com, open Settings and choose Delete account.
• Can't sign in? Send us a message from your account's email address and we'll delete it for you.

When it happens

Your account is erased 14 days after you ask. Changed your mind? Sign in within those 14 days and the deletion is cancelled. We email you once it's done.

What we delete

• Your login, name, email address and profile photo.
• Weddings that only you plan: the guest list and RSVPs, budget, vendors, checklist, seating, timeline, messages, wedding website, designs and photos.
• Your planner profile, messages you sent us, invitations sent to your address, your notification settings and your usage history.

What we keep

• A wedding you plan with a partner stays with them - only your access to it is removed.
• Payment records (amount, date and payment reference) for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Anonymous statistics that can't identify you.

Delete only some of your data

You don't have to delete your account to remove data: delete any guest, task, expense, vendor, photo or design in the app or on the website and it's removed right away.
