Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of BrideSpark, provided by Made By Logic Inc.. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Your account

Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity in your account and for the people you invite to plan your wedding.

2. Plans and payment

• BrideSpark Free is free of charge with the limits shown in the app.
• BrideSpark Complete is a one-time payment (currently US$99) that unlocks all features for one wedding. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
• If something isn’t right, contact us about a refund. If a purchase is refunded, the wedding returns to the Free plan and your data is kept.

3. Your content

You own everything you add. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service. Don’t add content you don’t have the right to use, and don’t use BrideSpark for anything unlawful.

4. AI suggestions

AI helpers make suggestions that may be imperfect. Review anything you use - you’re always in control of the final wording and plans.

5. Availability

We work hard to keep BrideSpark available and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is”. Keep important information (for example vendor contracts) in your own records too; you can download your data at any time.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren’t responsible for vendors or third parties you find or manage through BrideSpark.

7. Changes and contact
