Each wedding unlocks Complete once, at your planner price. Pay it yourself or let the couple pay - the discount applies either way.
Planner questions
Is there a subscription for planners?
No. There's no planner fee at all. Each client wedding is a one-time $79.20 (instead of $99) when it needs Complete - and many couples start on the free plan.
Who pays - me or the couple?
Either. Buy Complete for a client from your dashboard (and include it in your package), or let the couple upgrade from their own account. The planner price applies automatically to every wedding you manage.
What if my couple already uses BrideSpark?
They invite you from their Settings → Planning together, even on the free plan. Their wedding appears in your client list and gets your planner price.
Do couples see my other clients?
Never. Each wedding is its own private workspace; only you and the people invited to that wedding can see it.
Why do you approve planners?
The discount is for working professionals. We check your business details once, then every client you add gets the planner price.
