Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Made By Logic Inc. (“we”, “us”) collects when you use BrideSpark at bridesparkapp.com, why, who we share it with and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to run the service, and we never sell personal data.

1. Data we collect

  • Account: your name, email address and sign-in details, handled by our authentication provider (Clerk).
  • Wedding information you add: wedding details, checklist tasks, guest list (names and any contact details, RSVPs, meal choices and dietary notes you enter), budget items, vendor details, seating, timeline, lists and stationery text, and an optional couple photo.
  • Payments: processed by Stripe. We store the purchase status, amount and Stripe reference ids - never your card details.
  • Usage: product events such as “wedding created” or “stationery downloaded”, and standard technical logs.

2. Your guests’ information

When you add guests, you decide what to record and you are responsible for having a reasonable basis to do so. We process guest details only to provide BrideSpark to you; we never contact your guests for marketing and they are visible only to you and the people you invite to your wedding.

3. How we use data

  • To provide and improve BrideSpark, including the features you use and the emails you expect (welcome, purchase confirmation, invitations you send).
  • To process your one-time purchase.
  • To keep the service secure and to support you when you contact us.

4. AI helpers

When you choose an AI helper (for example “Improve wording”), only the text needed for that request is sent to our AI provider (OpenAI or Anthropic) to generate suggestions. We don’t send your guest list or budget, and providers don’t use this data to train their models.

5. Service providers

We use Railway (hosting and database), Clerk (sign-in), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare R2 (file storage), Twilio SendGrid (email) and OpenAI / Anthropic (optional AI helpers). Each processes data only on our instructions.

6. Retention and deletion

Your wedding data is kept while your account exists. You can download everything as a file or permanently delete your wedding from Settings at any time. Purchase records are kept as required for accounting.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your data and to object to certain processing. Contact us at hello@bridesparkapp.com and we’ll respond promptly.
